Postage Costs

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Free Standard Delivery: Orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK.

  • Flat Rate Postage: Orders under £30 are charged a flat shipping fee based on the item’s size:

    • Large Letter: Small, lightweight items (e.g., accessories, small merchandise)

    • Small Parcel: Compact but bulkier items (e.g., clothing, small gifts)

    • Medium Parcel: Larger items requiring extra packaging (e.g., multiple items in one order)

    • Large Parcel: Heavy or oversized items

(Exact postage costs will be based on current Royal Mail rates.)

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within the UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

  • Returns Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, face masks) unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email supportercare@midlandsairambulance.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  3. Processing Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
